The Insurance Transfer Offer (‘ITO’) was introduced as an online offer, allowing ease of transfer for customers. The offer allows customers to transfer their cover to Elevate without underwriting when rolling over from SignatureSuper, Generations, Summit, or iAccess into a complying super fund. 

It has recently been brought to our attention that the ability to lodge an application online is currently unavailable. Although Advisers can still process quotes via the Portal, there is no option to lodge the application online. This has resulted in the application form being completed and then downloaded as a PDF and emailed through with the quote. This has proven to be a lengthy process.  

To help simplify the process while a solution for online lodgements is resolved, we are implementing the following interim solution for ITOs: 

  • Paper applications will be accepted in place of the online application form. 
  • The correct quote must accompany the paper application and be clearly marked with the “PY” campaign code. 

We will communicate as soon as the issue has been resolved.
