If you have distributed (or distribute) any of the following products between 5 October 2021 and 30 September 2022 and have received a customer complaint about the product or how they were distributed, this reminder notice applies to you.

  • Any product (cover type) from the AMP Elevate insurance, Product disclosure statement and plan document
  • Guaranteed Super Account
  • Loan facility within Resolution Life whole of life and endowment insurance plans

Customer complaints about any of these products must be reported within 10 business days after 30 September 2022 (as specified in the TMDs).

Complaints data should include sufficient information for us to understand the substance of each complaint but should not include personal information about a customer, including their full name or plan number.

The Life Insurance Superannuation Plan, TPD Insurance Superannuation Plan and Income Insurance Superannuation Plan are issued by Equity Trustees Superannuation Limited ABN 50 055 641 757, AFSL No. 229757, RSE Licence No. L0001458 (ETSL) as trustee of the National Mutual Retirement Fund ABN 76 746 741 299. All insurance products under Elevate Insurance, other than the Life Insurance Superannuation Plan, TPD Insurance Superannuation Plan and Income Insurance Superannuation Plan, are issued by Resolution Life Australasia Limited ABN 84 079 300 379, AFSL No. 233671 (Resolution Life) directly.

The Guaranteed Super Account is issued by ETSL.

Resolution Life whole of life and endowment insurance plans are issued by Resolution Life and include: Whole of Life Plan, Premier Plus Lifestyle Protection Plan, Permanent Life Plan, Open Ended Lifestyle Protection Plan, Investment Only Lifestyle Protection Plan, Endowment Plan, Defined Period Lifestyle Protection Plan, Business Whole of Life Plan, Whole of Life Insurance Plan, Pure Endowment Plan, Endowment Insurance Plan, Children’s Whole of Life Insurance Plan, Children’s Endowment Insurance Plan and Business Insurance Plan
